    Stand-Up Paddle surfing, known as SUP, is a fast growing water sport, that has become very popular all over the world. SUP is originally from Hawaii and it is a mix between surfing and paddling.

    The benefits of practicing SUP

    SUP is a great way of being in contact with the ocean and of getting fit whilst having fun. SUP helps to get a flat stomach and a strong back. To practice SUP you do not need to have any previous water sport experience. SUP is intended for everyone who wants to have fun and to be close to the ocean!

    Every SUP session begins with a fun warm up and an introduction to the theory and safety measures. All our SUP courses include the equipment, insurance and spot transfer, we will pick up and drop off from the surf house and take you to the SUP spot.
