    Stand-Up Paddle surfing, known as SUP, is a fast growing water sport, that has become very popular all over the world. SUP is originally from Hawaii and it is a mix between surfing and paddling.

    The benefits of practicing SUP

    SUP is a great way of being in contact with the ocean and of getting fit whilst having fun. SUP helps to get a flat stomach and a strong back. To practice SUP you do not need to have any previous water sport experience. SUP is intended for everyone who wants to have fun and to be close to the ocean!.?

    Every SUP session begins with a fun warm up and an introduction to the theory and safety measures. All our SUP courses include the equipment, insurance and spot transfer (pick up and drop off from the surf house to the SUP spot) .We always put a focus in security aspects, that is why we proudly partner with Restube , using in our classes their safety backup equipment for a maximum water safety of all our students.

    After the Course you will have reviewed the following aspects:

    • Security & Meteo main aspects
    • First steps. How to stand on the board?
    • Finding balance on the board
    • Paddling technique
    • Steering & turning the board
